New Resources on Nutrition on the WSAVA Website

Check out the new fact sheets from the Global Alliance of Pet Food Associations (GAPFA)

We collaborate with GAPFA when there is an opportunity to advance our common priorities, relating to pet wellness, nutrition, and the clinical care of companion animals.  With this in mind the WSAVA’s Global Nutrition Committee (GNC) recently reviewed a series of fact sheets called ‘The Science of Pet Food,’ created by GAPFA to highlight the importance of protein, fat, carbohydrate and additives in the diet of dogs and cats.  As the GNC believes they will be useful for our members, they are now available on our website here

We look forward to our next collaboration with GAPFA.
