We are changing to a more modern platform that allows us to offer an improved learning experience with increased features. This will be available in early January.
- Will I need to re-register with the new learning academy?
Yes, you will need to re-register with the new learning platform, and notifications will be sent once the new platform is launched. - What happens if I do not complete a course I am currently enrolled in?
If you do not complete your course, you will need to register on the new platform and begin the course again. You must complete your course by 12 December and download any certificates. After this date you will not be able to access the academy.
Every course has a maximum completion time, and we have been sending notifications to learners to ensure you complete the courses you are currently enrolled in. - Will I lose access to my certificates if I haven’t downloaded them?
Yes, you will not be able to access any content on the current learning academy after the 12 December 2024. This applies to all course content and certificates. Please ensure that you have downloaded all certificates by this date.
Please note: WSAVA will no longer have access after the 12 December and will not be able to provide replacement certificates. - I have completed some modules of the Pain Certificate already. Will you have this data to allow me to enrol in the next module?
Yes, we will have records of progress data and will be able to check that you have completed any prerequisites to enrol on the next module.
