We held a Members’ Forum for our Sub-Saharan members in Nairobi, Kenya, in March. More than 15 countries were represented, together with our Executive Board and Secretariat. The session was kindly hosted by KESCAVA, one of our member associations in the region.
WSAVA Executive Director Rich Casey says: “We were delighted at the number of member associations attending the session and the lively discussions we enjoyed enabled us to gain a better understanding of companion animal veterinary profession in the region. We will publish a full report shortly then look forward to working with the attendees to address the challenges and opportunities faced by all of our members in Sub-Saharan Africa.”
