The WSAVA Hereditary Disease Committee is seeking a new Chair to help drive its mission of improving understanding and management of hereditary diseases, supporting better outcomes for companion animals now and in the future.

The WSAVA Reproduction Control Committee is seeking a new Chair to lead its work in developing global guidance on reproductive control in cats and dogs, including both surgical and non-surgical approaches.

The WSAVA Animal Welfare Committee is seeking a new Chair to lead its global efforts in promoting high standards of animal welfare, advancing collaboration across regions and sectors, and ensuring welfare remains central to veterinary practice.

The WSAVA Oncology Committee is seeking a new Chair to lead its efforts in advancing oncology care worldwide through education and awareness of effective, accessible treatments for pets with cancer.

We are seeking two new committee members—one from Latin America and one from Asia—to strengthen regional representation and support WSAVA’s community. The member will start their tenure on January 1, 2026, and be expected to attend a regional WSAVA event in March 2026 in the Philippines, if possible. 

We are seeking members to establish our Advocacy and Communications Committee (ACC). The committee’s purpose is to strengthen WSAVA’s influence and impact.
