Fresh faces for WSAVA Committees

Congratulations to our new Committee members!

It is thanks to the incredible hard work of our dedicated volunteer Committee members that we are able to provide the Global Guidelines, CE and tools that members of our global veterinary community value so highly.

We are delighted to welcome these new Committee members!

A new Co-Chair for the Global Nutrition Committee

Cecilia has replaced long-standing Co-Chair Dr Gregg Takashima. Dr Chandler says: “Working with Gregg has been a joy and we will miss him very much. He made an immeasurable contribution to the GNC and will remain on the Committee until we find a replacement member. I am delighted to welcome my new Co-Chair, Dr Cecilia Villaverde, an ACVN and ECVCN diplomate from Catalan. We are already discussing priorities for the second half of 2021.”

Cecilia says: “I am very excited to be working even more closely with Dr Chandler, who is a role model for me. I hope we can keep developing useful tools for the veterinary team, and make the ones we have even more global and useful going forward.”
