5 tips from PWG to tackle to Monday blues

 

In some regions of the world, Blue Monday is often considered the third Monday in January and is believed to be the most depressing day of the year. While it’s essential for everyone to focus on their mental well-being, veterinarians, like any other professionals, may face unique challenges. Here are five practical tips to help you  and your team deal with Blue Monday or any challenging day:

Prioritize self-care activities that bring you joy and relaxation. This could include hobbies, exercise, meditation, or spending time with loved ones. Taking time for yourselves is not selfish but necessary for maintaining overall well-being.
