During 2020, the WSAVA’s Vaccination Guidelines Group (VGG) introduced its new Vaccination Recommendations for Latin American Small Animal Practitioners. The Recommendations offer evidence-based recommendations for the vaccination of cats and dogs against the most prevalent infectious diseases in the region.

VGG member Professor Mary Marcondes will host a webinar in Spanish on Thursday March 18 during which she will introduce the new Recommendations in areas including:
- – dog and cat vaccination recommendations
- – core, non-core and not recommended vaccines
- – vaccination and maternally-derived antibodies
- – duration of immunity
She will then host a live Q&A for viewers.
