WSAVA and IVSA collaborate on Internship Program

Welcome to Serin Pulikkottil Rejimon – the WSAVA’s first intern!

Veterinary students represent the future of our profession so we are delighted to launch our new internship program in collaboration with our affiliate member the International Veterinary Students’ Association (IVSA).

We’re equally delighted to welcome our first intern Serin Pulikkottil Rejimon. She will be joining our team for the next six months and we are so excited to have her.

Serin is the President of IVSA Pookode, India, Ambassador for the Standing Committee on Veterinary Education at IVSA Global and recipient of the IVSA Excellence Award. She is a One Health advocate, with a passion for global connection, research and believes that the power of education can transform lives.

She says:

What I love the most is making a contribution, no matter how small it is. And I believe that by joining the WSAVA team I can help to raise standards of small animal veterinary practice and contribute to veterinary education at a global level.
