The WSAVA Therapeutics Committee has been leading efforts to better understand how unused or expired veterinary medicines are disposed of worldwide—an issue with important implications for animal, human, and environmental health.
The Pro Salus Foundation was originally established as an independent legal entity called the WSAVA Foundation, created to support the global veterinary community—particularly in regions where companion animal veterinary practice is still developing.
